My Meadow is built by one person, Jon, who reads every message. Tell us what you were doing, what you expected and what happened instead. Say whether you were on iPhone or the web. Please don’t send passwords, card numbers or bank details.
Signing in
Use the email and password you signed up with, on iPhone or at app.mymeadowfinance.com. Both use the same account.
- Forgot your password? Tap Forgot password? on the sign-in screen and follow the emailed link. If you asked from the iPhone app, open the link on that same iPhone.
- No confirmation email? Check your spam folder, then use Resend confirmation on the sign-in screen.
- Two-factor authentication is in Settings → More → Preferences. Keep your authenticator app. Without it, email us from your account’s address.
Free and Plus
Free covers the whole farm and every page: budget, goals, bills, investments, cash flow, your weekly review and quick add. You add things by hand or import a bank statement. Plus adds bank sync, up-to-date investment holdings and prices, and PDF reports of your finances.
Subscriptions, billing and refunds
- Bought on iPhone: Plus is billed to your Apple ID. To change or cancel, go to Settings → General → Billing → Manage subscription in My Meadow, or open your iPhone’s Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends to avoid the next charge.
- New phone or reinstalled the app? Sign in, open the Plus screen and tap Restore purchases.
- Bought on the web: Plus is billed by Stripe. Go to Settings → General → Billing → Manage billing on the web to see invoices, update your card or cancel.
- Refunds: Apple handles refunds for purchases made on iPhone. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. For web purchases, email us.
Bank connections
Bank sync is part of Plus, and you connect a bank on the web app. Your bank connection is handled by Plaid; My Meadow never sees your bank password. You can disconnect a bank any time in Settings, which revokes My Meadow’s access to it straight away.
iPhone widgets
Touch and hold an empty spot on your Home Screen, tap Edit then Add Widget, and search for My Meadow. Widgets show what the app last saw, so open My Meadow to refresh them. If Hide amounts is on, widgets hide amounts too.
Your data
- Back up or export: Settings → More → Preferences → Data & Privacy → Download Backup saves everything as a ZIP of JSON and CSV files.
- Delete your account: Settings → More → Preferences → Delete account. Type DELETE and your password. Your records, photos and bank connections are removed, and web billing is cancelled. An Apple subscription has to be cancelled separately in your iPhone’s Settings → your name → Subscriptions, because apps can’t cancel it for you.
