Early-access terms

These terms describe the public My Meadow early-access website and waitlist, operated by Jonathan Birchall, operating as My Meadow, Alberta, Canada. Mailing address: 2215 Hope St SW, Calgary, AB T2S 2H4, Canada. Questions can be sent to help@mymeadowfinance.com.

A free waitlist for an app in development

Joining the waitlist is free. No payment, subscription or bank connection is created by joining. My Meadow is still in development and no public launch date is confirmed. A waitlist place does not guarantee an invitation on a particular date or access to a particular future feature.

The separate My Meadow app may have its own terms and pricing when offered. This website does not take payments, so there is no waitlist purchase to refund or subscription to cancel.

Verification and updates

Use an email address you control and open the verification link to confirm it. Your saved plot shows your waitlist and referral progress. You can turn optional spot alerts off there or through an alert email’s secure unsubscribe link. To leave the waitlist or stop other updates, email help@mymeadowfinance.com. See the privacy notice for data use and removal requests.

Referrals and the Founders Pool

Only friends who join using your referral link and verify their email count as accepted referrals. Sharing or clicking a link alone does not earn progress. Each accepted referral earns five queue places. Three verified referrals enter you in the Founders Pool; they do not guarantee a Founder place.

The top 500 in that pool when access opens receive 25% off Pro for their first two years. Other members can move ahead as they earn referrals. Your displayed standing may therefore change before access opens.

Use the website fairly

Do not submit someone else’s address without their permission, create deceptive referrals, send spam, or attempt to interfere with the website or other people’s data. Duplicate and abusive signups may be rejected. Share your referral link only with people who want it.

Illustrations and information

The farm and financial graph explain the product through illustrative examples. App screenshots show sample records. They are not your financial results, a forecast, or personalized financial advice. Descriptions and screenshots reflect a product that is still being built.

Help and accessibility

If a control, email link or page is not working for you, contact help@mymeadowfinance.com and describe the problem. Do not include passwords, bank information or private verification links.
